In a bid to identify the region’s priority programs and projects for the period 2011 to 2016 and ensure that these are in consonance with the CAR Regional Development Plan, a workshop on Regional Development and Investment Programming was conducted on June 15, 2011. This was held at the GSP’s Ating Tahanan in Baguio City.
The activity was attended by about 112 representatives from 35 of the region’s regional line agencies and other government agencies, 3 state universities and colleges, and 2 local government units. The participants were requested to ensure that the investment programs and projects which their respective agencies will be implementing during the period will respond to the region’s identified needs and priorities.
