This year, CAR is celebrating its 24th year from its creation from July 15, 1987 by virtue of Executive Order 220 issued by the late President Corazon Aquino. The coordination of this year’s occasion is being undertaken by the RDC Committee on Indigenous Peoples’ Concerns (CIPC) chaired by the NCIP-CAR with the theme “One Cordillera Towards Autonomy and Regional Development”.
