BAGUIO CITY, July 22 – The third organic working draft  is a result of many consultations  in the different provinces in the region. It is  a product of different ideas of the people in the region including local government officials, line agency heads, private representatives, non-government and people organizations, business sector, academe and the other sectors of the society.

Mayor Mauricio Domogan  stressed this during the information and education campaign for Regional Autonomy and Development conducted in the province of Benguet recently.

The working draft act for regional autonomy  is still  being  questioned as to where it came from even after many different consultations were already conducted in the region.
