BAGUIO CITY – The Cordillera Regional Gender and Development Committee (RGADC) finalized the criteria for the selection of the gender and development resource persons for CAR in a technical working group meeting on September 22. The RGADC plans to expand their resource pool of Gender and Development experts and advocates that can be tapped to promote gender sensitivity in all aspects of Cordillera society.
The RGADC met on September 16 to re-align and strategize projects, programs, and activities amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. The committee chose to focus on expanding the resource pool advocates to help maintain awareness and mainstreaming of gender and development in the region during these trying times.
The RGADC will be accepting applicants until November 30, 2020, and a mixed physical and virtual examination will be conducted sometime in January 2021. Application requirements are posted on the official Cordillera RGADC Facebook page (Regional GAD Committee-RGADC).
