Cutting across all sectors, the GAD Support Committee is tasked to focus on GAD issues and concerns and capacitate the RDC members on GAD mainstreaming. Initial members include agencies from the government sector: the CHR, DA, DBM, DepED, DOH, DILG, DOLE, DSWD, NCIP, NEDA and the PSA.
Representing the civil society organizations are the Child and Family Service Philippines, Inc., the Cordillera Network of Development NGOs and POs, the Divinity in Alliance, Inc., Ebgan, the Peoples Organization for Social Transformation, Shontoug Foundation, and the Regional Organization of GAD Focal Persons.
The RDC shall enter into a MOA with the Philippine Commission on Women to engage their services in helping build the capacity of the newly created Committee.
